Radius Fabrications may accept the return of some of our Goods, if for a legitimate reason such as, the Goods received by the Buyer differ from the Goods described in the Order / Contract.
Radius Fabrications does not accept a change of heart or ordered the wrong item, sold, stolen or crashed vehicle, as a legitimate excuse for a refund or return, please choose wisely prior to placing your order!
Radius Fabrications staff are experienced industry personnel who provide advice and technical knowhow to the Buyer; however, it is the Buyers responsibility to ensure they provide ' Radius Fabrications staff members with all the requirements, expectations and any other relevant information to ensure the Goods supplied can be used by the Buyer as required.
Radius Fabrications does not accept responsibility or liability if the Buyer has provided incorrect information, specifications or requirements or any other relevant information including but not limited to size, make or purpose of the Goods to suit a particular type of vehicle.
If a part, product or Goods are installed incorrectly by someone other than a Radius Fabrications employee and that incorrect installation of the part, product or Goods is the direct cause of the part, product or Goods or part e.g., “airbox" being faulty, Radius Fabrications will not exchange, refund or replace the part or any part that is associated to it. All returns / refunds that are not the fault of Radius Fabrications or its staff will have a 50% restocking fee. This fee covers such costs as admin and packing and restocking the goods. If the Freight/ postage was also included free in the order this will also have to be paid for by the customer as well as the total cost of sending the goods back Radius Fabrications. Both restocking fee and freight charge will be taken off the refund amount. If Radius Fabrications is at fault the Restocking fee will be waived Radius Fabrications will not accept the excuse that the customers vehicle has been stolen or crashed, if this becomes the case a 50% restocking fee will apply. Radius Fabrications may charge an Administration fee upon a cancellation of an order. Administration fees are charged to cover costs of the Staff in the sale and ordering of parts. It is at the discretion of Radius Fabrications Management which fee will be charged upon cancelling or returning orders depending on the case.
The original copy of the invoice and a copy of the Order number must be provided to Us. We will not refund or exchange a product because the Buyer has 'simply changed his mind'. Radius Fabrications will accept returns of Goods that have been incorrectly supplied by Radius Fabrications, up to a maximum of 7 days from delivery date. A warranty claim is different from returns and depends on the particular parts, manufacturer and circumstances of the claim.
If the Buyer purchased the Goods directly from Radius Fabrications the Goods must be sent with a copy of the original tax invoice and include up to date contact details of the Buyer and the warranty/return via email for approval.

Goods must be placed on a traceable freight Carrier and Radius Fabrications does not accept responsibility or liability for lost or damaged freight in transit and further, Radius Fabrications will not pay or replace lost freight. It is the Buyer's responsibility to organise and pay for the shipping of the Goods and ensure that the Goods are covered by the freight carrier's applicable insurance.
All returns once approved must be forwarded to Radius Fabrications. We will not pay for any costs associated with the delivery to or from any distributor/ private or commercial address for the Goods to be returned.
If Goods are returned in damaged/and/or not the original packaging, the cost of the re-packaging will be deducted from the refund amount.
Radius Fabrications must be contacted and a warranty or return be approved by Radius Fabrications before the Buyer returns the incorrect Goods or Goods covered under a warranty.

Great quality product! Fabrication is outstanding! As with most afterket product installs, there are some slight trimming of the intake pipe required to make it fit with a Safari snorkel. They only use two out of the 3 OEM mounting holes with no runner gaskets so there is a slight vibration as the car hits 3k revs. But other than that great product so far and highly recommend!
Awesome looking and sounding snorkel. Template was good and easy to use, hardware and piping supplied was all okay. Hate that it didnt line up with the original bolt holes on the A pillar, but still managed to make something work!
Cooled my EGTs right down! Used to cruise at ~400 degrees at 100km/h and now it sits just above ~300 with no intercooler. Looks and sounds great. Fitment somewhat confusing as there is an extra nutsert at the bottom of the pod but nowhere to mount it to, so have just used the top 2 bolts
The product you supplied was excellent, as well as the full fitting kit.
II was extremely happy to hook that up to a Radius snorkel.
And the sound is incredible.. If you’re into that..
Install was a bit of a pain, nothing to do with your product, I just had to modify a couple of areas on the vehicle to get the pipe work to fit correctly and be 100% sealed.
I suggest to anyone interested, if you’re doing a snorkel and airbox, do them at the same time.
Other than that, I’m extremely happy. 👍
Very happy with the quality of the snorkel.
I found the pattern to be very average in alignment, and think this could be revised in the near future with more measurements, ie using the aerial hole as a guide 😳

The quality is excellent. I installed it myself with minimal assistance and I took my time getting the alignment correrct. It fits perfectly with the airbox and it sounds fantastic. One suggestion about the template, it would be improved by adding some identifying markers for aligning it because the template placement is 100% key. Very happy with the product.
I love the quality and the craftsmanship. It fits exactly without modifying the body. The aeroflow filter is perfect and i love the see through perspex. Overall I couldn't be happier with the quality and service.
Awesome snorkle and even though it took a little bit to get it, I can definitely say I will probably be looking at getting the dual snorkel set-up and airbox. Also it sounds great 🤙

Awesome looking and sounding, couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Fits perfectly al though the instructions could be a bit more specific especially regarding standard airbox modifications. Had to wait a long time (7 weeks or so) but when it turned out this good then I really don’t mind waiting. Great overall product 👌🏼

Couldn’t be happier with this airbox. The quality is excellent, it looks unreal in the engine bay and the fitment was spot on. Everything feels really well made and solid, and it gives the engine bay a much cleaner and more professional look.
The finish is great and it works perfectly with my setup. You can tell a lot of effort has gone into designing and making it. Customer service was also great and the whole experience was easy.
Highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for a quality airbox. Definitely worth the money! 👌🔥

Inlet pipe was 18mm to long no worries a quick cut and airbox fitted neatly as diameter was spot on
Was a very easy install, the template was good to follow. Had to modify the brackets on the pillar if you have a sunvisor but was very easy with a grinder. Overall looks unreal and also sounds sick. Would highly recommend
Was very happy with the kit. The only complaint I have is that the product should have came with the bolts to install the airbox down. I had to source my own bolts and the standard OEM bolts were too long. It would not work with that application spending that type of money should have came with its own two bolts but overall very happy with the product.
