Return & Refund Policy (Australia)

This policy applies to purchases made within Australia from Radius Fabrications.

1. Returns for Incorrect Supply

Radius Fabrications may accept the return of Goods where a legitimate reason exists, such as where the Goods supplied differ from those described in the Order or Contract.

Returns must be approved by Radius Fabrications prior to goods being sent back.

2. No Change of Mind Returns

Radius Fabrications does not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the incorrect item

  • Vehicle sold, stolen, written off, or crashed

  • Incorrect selection by the Buyer

3. Buyer Responsibility for Information Supplied

Radius Fabrications staff are experienced industry personnel and may provide general advice and technical guidance. However, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure all relevant and accurate information is supplied, including (but not limited to):

  • Vehicle details

  • Modifications

  • Intended use

  • Fitment requirements

Radius Fabrications accepts no responsibility or liability where incorrect or incomplete information has been provided by the Buyer.

4. Installation by Third Parties

If a part, product, or Goods are installed incorrectly by anyone other than a Radius Fabrications employee, and that incorrect installation causes the product (or any associated component, e.g. airbox) to be faulty or damaged, Radius Fabrications will not exchange, refund, or replace the product or any related parts.

5. Restocking & Administration Fees

  • All approved returns not at fault of Radius Fabrications will incur a 20% restocking fee.

  • This fee covers administration, packing, inspection, and restocking costs.

  • If free freight was included with the original order, the cost of freight will be deducted from the refund.

  • Return freight costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and will also be deducted from the refund amount.

If Radius Fabrications is deemed to be at fault, the restocking fee will be waived.

Radius Fabrications reserves the right to charge an Administration Fee upon order cancellation. The applicable fee is at the discretion of Radius Fabrications Management and will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation or return.

6. Timeframes

  • Returns for incorrectly supplied Goods must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • A warranty claim is separate from a return and will be assessed based on the product, manufacturer, and circumstances.

7. Documentation Required

All returns or warranty claims must include:

  • A copy of the original tax invoice

  • Order number

  • Buyer’s current contact details

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Radius Fabrications.

Please clearly include your name, address, and order number on the outside of the box.

9. Freight & Risk

  • All returned Goods must be sent via a traceable freight carrier.

  • Radius Fabrications does not accept responsibility or liability for Goods lost or damaged in transit.

  • The Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping and any freight insurance.

Radius Fabrications will not pay or reimburse any costs associated with freight to or from distributors, workshops, or private or commercial addresses.

10. Packaging & Condition

  • Goods must be returned in original packaging.

  • If Goods are returned damaged or without original packaging, re-packaging costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

11. Approval Required

Radius Fabrications must be contacted and approval granted before any Goods are returned for warranty or refund. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Radius Fabrications may accept the return of some of our Goods, if for a legitimate reason such as, the Goods received by the Buyer differ from the Goods described in the Order / Contract

Overseas Vehicle Installations

Radius Fabrications products are designed and manufactured for off-road and performance applications. When products are supplied for installation on vehicles located outside Australia, the following terms and conditions apply:

  1. Vehicle Condition & History
    Radius Fabrications and any authorised resellers are unable to verify the age, condition, service history, prior damage, or any previous modifications made to overseas vehicles. As such, all products are supplied on the basis that vehicle condition and suitability are outside our control.

  2. Installation Responsibility
    Radius Fabrications does not install overseas vehicles and cannot verify the skill level, qualifications, techniques, or competency of any third-party installers, workshops, or individuals engaged to carry out installation work. All installation is undertaken at the purchaser’s risk.

  3. Compliance & Regulations
    Radius Fabrications and its resellers do not guarantee compliance with local laws, vehicle standards, emissions requirements, engineering regulations, or certification rules that may apply in different countries, states, or territories. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance prior to installation and use.

  4. Warranty Limitations
    Due to the above factors being outside our control, Radius Fabrications does not offer any extended or installation related warranty on overseas vehicle installations.
    Warranty coverage is strictly limited to defects in materials or workmanship of the Radius Fabrications product itself.

  5. Exclusions
    Warranty does not cover:

    • Incorrect installation or modification

    • Fitment issues caused by vehicle condition or prior modifications

    • Damage caused during or after installation

    • Consequential damage, labour costs, or rework costs

    • Costs associated with returning a vehicle to standard configuration

  6. Inspection & Consultation
    Any warranty or fault claim must be reviewed and approved by Radius Fabrications prior to repair, modification, or removal of the product. Claims made without consultation may be declined.

  7. Acceptance of Terms
    By purchasing and installing Radius Fabrications products on an overseas vehicle, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in full.

We ebb and flow with the industry and time of year. Around tax time for instance, we'll get an influx of customers spending their tax returns. Often at the end of the year, we'll have larger inquiries and sales due to Chirstmas gifting as well as people planning their holiday trips.

Also, since COVID, the whole industy has had signisignificant supply chain issues. We've tried to combat this as much as possible by building our own CNC equipped shop (Massive fiber laser, plastic laser macine, CNC mill etc) but things like aluminium sheets and the stainless bends for our snorkels are still out of our hands when it comes to supplier quantities.

We only offer the one colour in powder coating which is Satin or Gloss Black.

No. However, if you are not wanting the badge to stand out so much we can offer you a badge to match the colour of your product. I.e. A black snorkel can have a black badge opposed to a Polished badge.

Unfortunately, at this stage we do not do any custom works on vehicles. We do not generally do any modifications to our products such as Snorkels, Airbox, manifolds, etc.

Yes! When purchasing a forward-facing snorkel through Radius Fabrications, a Donaldson Ram Head is included. However, if you wish to purchase a second, feel free to purchase a second one.

We do not offer installation currently please contact the office for trusted installers.

Yes, this option is available however only on prior arrangement with our office.

Yes we do! We refer to them as mirror image snorkels. When placing your order. Please either use the drop down option or clearly state in your order notes that you are after a Mirror Image version of your Snorkel.
