Radius Fabrications may accept the return of some of our Goods, if for a legitimate reason such as, the Goods received by the Buyer differ from the Goods described in the Order / Contract

Radius Fabrications does not accept a change of heart or ordered the wrong item, sold, stolen or crashed vehicle, as a legitimate excuse for a refund or return, please choose wisely prior to placing your order!

Radius Fabrications staff are experienced industry personnel who provide advice and technical knowhow to the Buyer; however, it is the Buyers responsibility to ensure they provide ' Radius Fabrications staff members with all the requirements, expectations and any other relevant information to ensure the Goods supplied can be used by the Buyer as required.

Radius Fabrications does not accept responsibility or liability if the Buyer has provided incorrect information, specifications or requirements or any other relevant information including but not limited to size, make or purpose of the Goods to suit a particular type of vehicle.

If a part, product or Goods are installed incorrectly by someone other than a Radius Fabrications employee and that incorrect installation of the part, product or Goods is the direct cause of the part, product or Goods or part e.g., “airbox" being faulty, Radius Fabrications will not exchange, refund or replace the part or any part that is associated to it. All returns / refunds that are not the fault of Radius Fabrications or its staff will have a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers such costs as admin and packing and restocking the goods. If the Freight/ postage was also included free in the order this will also have to be paid for by the customer as well as the total cost of sending the goods back Radius Fabrications. Both restocking fee and freight charge will be taken off the refund amount. If Radius Fabrications is at fault the Restocking fee will be waived Radius Fabrications will not accept the excuse that the customers vehicle has been stolen or crashed, if this becomes the case a 20% restocking fee will apply. Radius Fabrications may charge an Administration fee upon a cancellation of an order. Administration fees are charged to cover costs of the Staff in the sale and ordering of parts. It is at the discretion of Radius Fabrications Management which fee will be charged upon cancelling or returning orders depending on the case.
The original copy of the invoice and a copy of the Order number must be provided to Us. We will not refund or exchange a product because the Buyer has 'simply changed his mind'. Radius Fabrications will accept returns of Goods that have been incorrectly supplied by Radius Fabrications, up to a maximum of 7 days from delivery date. A warranty claim is different from returns and depends on the particular parts, manufacturer and circumstances of the claim.

If the Buyer purchased the Goods directly from Radius Fabrications the Goods must be sent with a copy of the original tax invoice and include up to date contact details of the Buyer and the warranty/return via email for approval.

Goods must be placed on a traceable freight Carrier and Radius Fabrications does not accept responsibility or liability for lost or damaged freight in transit and further, Radius Fabrications will not pay or replace lost freight. It is the Buyer's responsibility to organise and pay for the shipping of the Goods and ensure that the Goods are covered by the freight carrier's applicable insurance.

All returns once approved must be forwarded to Radius Fabrications. We will not pay for any costs associated with the delivery to or from any distributor/ private or commercial address for the Goods to be returned.

If Goods are returned in damaged/and/or not the original packaging, the cost of the re-packaging will be deducted from the refund amount.

Radius Fabrications must be contacted and a warranty or return be approved by Radius Fabrications before the Buyer returns the incorrect Goods or Goods covered under a warranty.


Currently we are running at 4-5 weeks production time. This means that it will take 4-5 weeks for your order to leave our warehouse.

We ebb and flow with the industry and time of year. Around tax time for instance, we'll get an influx of customers spending their tax returns. Often at the end of the year, we'll have larger inquiries and sales due to Chirstmas gifting as well as people planning their holiday trips.

Also, since COVID, the whole industy has had signisignificant supply chain issues. We've tried to combat this as much as possible by building our own CNC equipped shop (Massive fiber laser, plastic laser macine, CNC mill etc) but things like aluminium sheets and the stainless bends for our snorkels are still out of our hands when it comes to supplier quantities.

We only offer the one colour in powder coating which is Satin or Gloss Black.

No. However, if you are not wanting the badge to stand out so much we can offer you a badge to match the colour of your product. I.e. A black snorkel can have a black badge opposed to a Polished badge.

Unfortunately, at this stage we do not do any custom works on vehicles. We do not generally do any modifications to our products such as Snorkels, Airbox, manifolds, etc.

Yes! When purchasing a forward-facing snorkel through Radius Fabrications, a Donaldson Ram Head is included. However, if you wish to purchase a second, feel free to purchase a second one.

We do not offer installation currently please contact the office for trusted installers.

Yes we do! We refer to them as mirror image snorkels. When placing your order. Please either use the drop down option or clearly state in your order notes that you are after a Mirror Image version of your Snorkel.
