The Radius Fabrications TD42 Merge Style Manifold is one of our highest-performing and most refined manifold designs. Built for TD42 enthusiasts chasing improved turbo response, reduced heat, and reliable long-term performance, this manifold is engineered to outperform our standard high mount option.

We designed this manifold with a CNC-machined merge collector beneath the turbo flange, directing exhaust flow into the turbo more efficiently. This results in:

What size are the manifold studs?

• Standard: M10 x 1.5 pitch

How does the Merge Style manifold compare to the standard high mount?

Is this manifold twin-scroll?

No, Radius Fabrications does not produce twin-scroll manifolds.

Do you supply gaskets?

No, we currently do not supply gaskets with our manifolds.
Customers must source gaskets from their local auto parts supplier.

Will the TD42 manifold work on a TB42 engine?

Yes, it will physically fit but there is no warranty, as the manifold is built specifically for the TD42 footprint.

Do I need new engine studs?

We recommend replacing the studs when installing a Radius manifold because:

• Our flange is thicker than factory (16mm)
  

Important Warranty Note:
Any modification to a Radius Fabrications manifold such as fitting your own wastegate flange, voids the product warranty. If you require a wastegate flange, it must be provided to us before fabrication.
