The Radius Fabrications Toyota Hilux N80 Diesel Airbox is a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory airbox, designed specifically for diesel N80 Hilux models (2015–2025).

Whether you’re crossing the Simpson in choking dust or tackling snow-melt creek crossings in the High Country, this airbox is built to protect your engine while improving airflow and filtration reliability.

Each airbox is CNC-designed and laser cut in-house, then fabricated to mount in the factory location using existing mounting points. The result is a strong, secure upgrade that integrates cleanly into the engine bay without unnecessary modification.

This airbox is compatible with Radius Fabrications snorkels as well as common aftermarket snorkels such as Safari and TJM (piping may vary depending on setup).

To retain factory engine management accuracy, we incorporate a custom MAF sensor provision, allowing the factory MAF sensor to bolt straight in with no tuning required.

What air filter does this airbox use?

• This airbox is designed around Aeroflow filters, which we highly recommend. These are readily available from most automotive retailers.

Can I run other aftermarket filters such as K&N or UniFilter?

• We strongly recommend Aeroflow filters. Alternative filters may fit, but compatibility and sealing are the customer’s responsibility.

Does this airbox work with a TJM snorkel?

• Yes, it can work with a TJM snorkel, however piping may vary and should be checked during installation.

Will this work with Safari or other aftermarket snorkels?

• Yes, the airbox is compatible with Radius Fab snorkels and common aftermarket snorkels, but piping configuration may differ.

Will this setup work on N80 Hilux models in the USA?

• We recommend sending clear photos of the engine bay, including a bird’s-eye view of the airbox area and inner/outer guard, so we can confirm suitability.
