Proudly designed and built in Australia, each unit is 3D scanned, CAD designed, and CNC cut from high-quality aluminium before being TIG welded by our skilled fabrication team. The result is a tough, high-flow airbox that’s built to perform in the harshest Australian conditions.

Fitment Information

Fits Holden Colorado RG models (2012 onwards).

Mounts in the factory airbox location; however, please note that brackets may occasionally pick up slightly different mounting holes depending on model year.

Inner guard trimming may be required for some vehicles where the airbox port extends approximately 15mm too far into the guard.

Compatible with Radius Fabrications snorkels and other 4” snorkels.
Installation
Installation can be done at home or professionally.
Typical installation time: 2–3 hours.
Steps include:

Remove the factory airbox and intake ducting.

Test-fit the new airbox in the factory position and trim the inner guard if necessary.

Secure the airbox using supplied brackets and hardware.

Connect snorkel piping and ensure all joins are tight and sealed.

Fit the supplied high-flow filter and inspection lid.

Yes, the airbox aligns with the factory position and can work with a Safari snorkel; however, customers will need to supply or fabricate the connecting piping, as we don’t provide that with the airbox.
Is professional installation required?
While installation can be done as a DIY project, we recommend professional fitting to ensure correct alignment and sealing.
Is the snorkel and airbox suitable for the RC model?
No, our current range only suits RG models, not RC variants.

Great product easy to install the only thing I had to cut the inner gard about 20mm out for the silicone hose no big deal very happy with the air box

Great product well built and great service
Was expecting to see it after Christmas but just turned up before which was great! Only issue was bit tight around the hose to the snorkel but ended up getting it on after awhile. Sounds great n the engine feels alot more relieved overall great product n looks great!

Unreal airbox solid and way to fit. 2015 RG Ute. The only thing I had to do was. Make the intake hole bigger. Factory was 90mm wide and airbox was 100mm without silicone hose so I just trimmed 10-15mm around the intake hole on the inner guard. And also drilled mounting bolt holes out a couple sizes bigger to let everything sit where it wanted to with hoses connected before tightening the box down.

Great Product, Ute definitely breathes better. Fits perfectly over the factory snorkel pipe in the gaurd Had to trim the Inlet pipe as the mounting brackets didn't line up. Trimmed off 15mm & holes now line up. Also had to use 2 5mm washers to level the Airbox at the front side.
Super easy to install, Much better replacement over OEM, make changing and cleaning the air filter a lot easier
Great product. the quality of the product is great and very happy with it. Because I had a Safari snorkel installed to the OEM airbox previously I had to make a couple of changes to the Radius airbox. For anyone doing the same, just need to be aware that the intake tube on the new Radius is 100mm diameter. The Safari snorkel that I had previously installed has a 90mm intake tube so I had to change the size of the intake tube on the Radius airbox to 90mm. I also install a small rubber spacer on the rear mounting bracket. I like the product. very happy with it.
Good product easy to install
This airbox looks soooo much better than the standard!........I had to modify it slightly as I have a LSA engine in my Colorado Sports cat. Very pleased with the outcome and quality of the airbox. The only negative for me is that I now have an engine light on the car, which i'm in the process of sorting out. Any one else looking to fit to an LSA - it would be advantageous to have the inlet pipe the same size as the outlet pipe to save the cost on a silicone reducer and allow some additional air flow.

Great looking product.
Awesome product made perfectly can’t fault it. But My vehicle doesn’t have a snorkel as the air box is not a standalone unit it has to be used with a snorkel. I wasn’t happy about cutting the air intake hole in the inner guard to accommodate the bigger diameter intake pipe on the air box so I shortened it to fit the existing rubber seal on the inner guard.
Fabrication was A1! Very impressed. Highly recommend.
