The Radius Fabrications 1HDFTE Low Mount Turbo Manifold (CT26) is engineered for reliable performance, factory-style fitment, and improved exhaust gas flow on Toyota 1HDFTE / 1HDFT diesel engines. Designed specifically to suit CT26 flanged turbochargers, this manifold is ideal for customers retaining a CT26-style turbo while upgrading strength and flow over the factory cast manifold.

Manufactured using high-quality materials and precision TIG welding, this low mount manifold retains a compact turbo position while delivering improved turbo response and durability under sustained load. It is built with the same footprint as the factory manifold, making installation straightforward.

This manifold is designed for single-scroll turbo setups only.

Important Information

  • Gaskets are not supplied

  • Customers must source exhaust manifold gaskets locally

  • Radius recommends replacing engine studs during installation

  • Studs must be the same diameter but longer to suit the thicker flange

  • Any modification to a standard Radius Fabrications manifold (including adding your own wastegate flange) voids warranty


Optional Wastegate Flange

A wastegate flange may be added by the customer, however:

  • Radius Fabrications does not supply wastegate flanges

  • All third-party welding or modifications void product warranty

  • Modifications are carried out at the customer’s own discretion

What turbo flange does this manifold suit?

This manifold is fabricated specifically for a CT26 flanged turbocharger.


What is the exhaust manifold stud size?

  • M10 for CT26 applications


Are the 1HDFT and 1HDFTE manifolds the same?

Yes.
The 1HDFT and 1HDFTE use the same manifold design.


Do you manufacture a high mount 1HDFTE manifold?

No.
Radius Fabrications does not make a high mount 1HDFTE manifold.


Do you offer twin-scroll manifolds?

No.
We do not manufacture twin-scroll manifolds.


Do you supply gaskets with manifolds or dump pipes?

No.
Gaskets are not supplied. Our manifolds use the same footprint as the factory manifold, allowing standard replacement gaskets to be sourced from local auto parts suppliers.


Do you recommend replacing manifold studs?

Yes.
Our manifold flange is 16mm thick, which is thicker than standard. We recommend replacing studs with longer studs of the same diameter to ensure correct thread engagement.


What horsepower can Radius manifolds handle?

As a general guide:

  • Low mount manifolds: up to ~200 hp

  • High mount manifolds: up to ~280 hp

  • Merge manifolds: 280 hp and above

Actual limits depend on tuning, EGT control, turbo selection, and overall setup.
