This upgrade is designed to maximise torque and power for TD42T and Ti engines, delivering exceptional value for money. The process involves replacing the factory TD42 turbo with an aftermarket Mitsubishi TD05, carefully selected and modified to enhance low-end torque and improve overall driveability. This upgrade is versatile and compatible with both intercooled and non-intercooled TD42 configurations.
Recommended Turbo Power Capacity:
TD05-16G: Suitable for up to 200HP
TD05-18G: Suitable for 200-230HP
21L: Ideal for 250-280HP (choose this turbo if your target is 250HP)
23L: Perfect for 280-330HP
