Crafted from aerospace-grade Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 Titanium, these studs are ultra-lightweight, exceptionally strong, and offer superior resistance to corrosion and extreme heat. With strength comparable to steel at a fraction of the weight, they’re the ideal solution for performance applications.
It’s common for factory manifold studs to loosen or fail over time due to repeated heat cycles, especially when paired with aftermarket turbochargers or performance mods. Our stud kit includes specially designed lock nuts to minimise movement and maintain a secure seal under thermal stress.
