We recommend using an air hacksaw when cutting the guard for a clean and accurate finish.

Fitment Information

• Fits factory airbox, Radius Fabrications airbox, or aftermarket 3”, 3.5”, or 4” airboxes.

• Standard orders are supplied with silicone to suit the factory airbox unless otherwise specified.

• If ordering to suit an aftermarket setup, please note the size required when placing your order.

• Replacement silicone or parts required due to incorrect order selection will incur shipping costs, payable by the customer.

Please note: Our snorkels are not classed as ‘seamless’ unless the seamless finish option is selected. Finished snorkels will display a small, neat TIG weld join at each bend.

Installation

Installation can be completed at home or by a qualified fitter.
Typical installation time: 3–4 hours.
A cutting template is supplied to ensure precision alignment.

For best results:

• Use an air hacksaw or pneumatic tool for cutting the guard.

• Dry-fit all components before final installation.

• Ensure silicone joins are fully sealed and secure for watertight operation.

Does this kit work for the Next Gen Raptor?
We haven’t finalised development for the Next Gen Ranger Raptor yet, but it’s currently in our R&D schedule for future release.

Are your snorkels seamless?
By default, our snorkels are TIG-welded and show a small visible join. A seamless version is available as an upgrade option.

Can I install this myself?
Yes, installation can be completed at home with standard tools, though professional installation is recommended for best alignment and sealing.
