Recommended tool: Air hacksaw or body saw for clean guard cutting.

Fitment Information

  • Aftermarket 3”, 3.5” or 4” airboxes

The only difference between configurations is the silicone joiner supplied.
Unless otherwise specified, standard shipping will include silicone to suit the factory airbox.

If you are purchasing a Radius Fabrications Airbox, no adaptor is required.

Installation

Designed for both DIY installers and professional fitters, our Ranger snorkel can typically be installed in 3–5 hours.

1. Use the supplied CAD template to mark and cut your guard.

2. Mount the snorkel using the provided brackets and hardware.

3. Connect the supplied silicone joiners and clamps to your airbox.

4. Ensure all joins are sealed and watertight.

5. Double-check alignment before tightening all fittings.

Professional installation is recommended to ensure precision cutting and secure sealing.

Is the snorkel watertight?
