Installing the Radius Fabrications TD42 Low Mount Manifold is straightforward for an experienced mechanic or fabricator. Below is a general installation outline:

Installation Overview

• Ensure engine studs are in good condition; we recommend replacing them with longer studs (same diameter) due to our thicker 16mm flange.

• Remove the factory manifold and thoroughly clean the mounting surface on the cylinder head.

• Test-fit the Radius manifold to confirm alignment and turbo clearance.

• Install the manifold using high-quality gaskets sourced from your local parts store.

• Fit the turbocharger to the T2 flange, ensuring correct orientation for oil feed and drain.

• Connect dump pipe and associated exhaust components.

• Reconnect oil and coolant lines where applicable.

• Check all fasteners after heat cycling the engine.
