The Radius Fabrications 1HZ High Mount Turbo Manifold (CT26) is designed for Toyota 1HZ diesel engines requiring improved turbo positioning, airflow, and serviceability. Featuring a high mount turbo location and CT26 flange, this manifold is ideal for builds targeting increased power, improved heat management, and easier access to turbo components.

This manifold is designed for single-scroll turbo setups only.

If you choose to add a wastegate flange:

• You must supply both the wastegate and wastegate flange

• The wastegate must be sent to Radius Fabrications prior to manifold fabrication

• Radius Fabrications does not sell wastegates or wastegate flanges

• We only weld on customer-supplied flanges

• Any modification to a standard Radius manifold voids warranty

This option is intended for experienced builders who require custom boost control solutions.

• Customers must source exhaust manifold gaskets locally

• Radius recommends replacing engine studs on installation

• Studs should be the same diameter but longer to suit the thicker flange

• Manifold flange thickness: 16mm

What is the exhaust manifold stud size?

• CT26 manifolds use M10 studs

Do you supply gaskets?

No.
Radius Fabrications does not supply gaskets. Our manifolds share the same footprint as the factory manifold, allowing customers to source standard replacement gaskets locally.

Do you recommend replacing engine studs?

Yes.
Due to the 16mm thick flange, we strongly recommend replacing studs with longer studs of the same diameter to ensure correct clamping and thread engagement.

Do you manufacture twin-scroll manifolds?

No.
Radius Fabrications does not produce twin-scroll manifolds.

What horsepower can this manifold handle?

As a general guide:

• Low mount manifolds: up to ~200 hp

• High mount manifolds: up to ~280 hp

• Merge manifolds: 280 hp and above

Final limits depend on turbo choice, tuning, EGT control, and supporting modifications.
