Mazda BT-50 Aluminium Airbox
Our BT-50 airboxes are CNC-designed right here in our Radius Fabrications R&D department and cut from a single sheet of premium aluminium before being TIG-welded and quality inspected by hand. Each unit is built to withstand harsh off-road environments while improving your vehicle’s overall breathing and engine efficiency.
Designed to allow maximum cold air intake, these airboxes protect your filter and engine from dust, debris, and water ingress, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Each airbox is made to fit in the factory location for a straightforward installation and a clean OEM-style appearance. Please note that, due to vehicle variances, some brackets may pick up different mounting holes during installation.

Can you install the airbox without a snorkel?
Yes, you can. These airboxes are a standalone unit, meaning they do not require a snorkel to operate.
How does the Radius Fabrications airbox compare to the stock airbox?
Our BT-50 airbox offers significantly improved airflow and filtration compared to the stock unit, particularly when paired with a Radius snorkel.
What models and years of the Mazda BT-50 does the snorkel and airbox fit?
The airbox suit both 2011–2020 (Gen 2) BT-50 models.
Will installing the airbox void my vehicle warranty?
No. Radius Fabrications provides a warranty covering materials and manufacturing, ensuring peace of mind for all our products.
Can Radius Fabrications make a panel-style airbox for the BT-50?
Currently, our BT-50 airbox is a pod-style unit that includes an Aeroflow filter. We do not offer a panel-style version.
Does the BT-50 airbox install to the Safari snorkel?
Yes, it will. However, while the airbox sits in the same location as the factory unit, some brackets may align with different holes, and we do not supply the piping between the snorkel and airbox.
