The Radius Fabrications 200 Series Diesel Airbox has been designed and tested to increase airflow while maintaining excellent filtration and sealing in harsh conditions.

These airboxes are a direct replacement for the factory airbox, engineered with an unrestricted outlet to support improved airflow for touring, towing, and offroad use. Designed, cut, and fabricated in Australia, each unit is TIG welded by certified tradesmen to ensure long-term durability and consistent fitment.

Our 200 Series pod airbox installs in the factory location and includes piping from the airbox to the intake, making it a complete upgrade solution for diesel 200 Series owners.

Will this airbox fit with an Armax snorkel?

• Yes, however if fitting our airbox to an Armax snorkel you will need to cut 15 mm off the inlet.

What filter does the 200 Series pod airbox use?

• We supply an Aeroflow filter AF2711-0870, which is reusable and re-washable.

Does the airbox come with piping from the airbox to the intake?

• Yes, Radius Fabrications supplies the piping kit including silicone straight joiners and hose clamps.

Does this airbox suit all 200 Series models?

• Suits diesel 200 Series models only, including:

  • GX

  • GXL

  • VX

• Does not suit petrol models.

Do you fabricate a petrol 200 Series airbox?

• No, we do not fabricate an airbox for petrol 200 Series models.

• The snorkel may work on petrol models, but photos are always required to confirm fitment.

How long does installation take for the airbox?

• Typical installation time is 2-4 hours for the airbox.

Can the airbox handle heavy dust, mud, and extreme conditions?

• Yes, the airbox is engineered with high-flow filtration and a robust sealing design to handle harsh off-road environments, including heavy dust, mud, and temperature extremes.

Is professional installation recommended?

• Installation instructions are supplied, however professional installation is recommended to ensure correct fitment and watertight sealing.

Is the airbox available without the MAF sensor hole?

• No, the 200 Series airbox is only available with the MAF sensor housing on the 4” port. The airbox is laser-cut and designed specifically to include this feature.
