Wastegate Flange Option (Optional)

For customers wanting additional boost control:

• A wastegate flange can be added upon request

• You must supply your own wastegate and wastegate flange

• The wastegate must be sent to Radius Fabrications prior to fabrication

• Radius Fabrications does not sell wastegates or wastegate flanges

• We only weld on customer-supplied flanges

• Any modification to a standard Radius manifold voids the product warranty

This option is recommended for experienced builders and custom turbo setups.

Important Information

• Gaskets are not supplied

• Customers must source exhaust manifold gaskets from a local auto parts supplier

• Manifold shares the same footprint as the factory exhaust manifold

• Radius Fabrications strongly recommends replacing engine studs during installation

• Replacement studs should be the same diameter but longer to suit the thicker flange

• Manifold flange thickness: 16mm

• Any cutting, welding, or modification voids warranty

What turbo flange does this manifold suit?

This manifold is designed to suit T2 flanged turbochargers only.

What is the exhaust manifold stud size?

• T2 applications use M8 studs (1.5 pitch)
  

Do you supply exhaust gaskets?

No.
Radius Fabrications does not supply gaskets. Customers are required to source standard replacement gaskets locally.

Do you recommend replacing engine studs?

Yes.
Because the manifold flange is 16mm thick, we recommend fitting longer studs of the same diameter to ensure correct clamping and reliability.

Do you manufacture twin-scroll manifolds?

No.
Radius Fabrications does not manufacture twin-scroll manifolds.

What horsepower can this manifold support?

As a general guideline:

• Low mount manifolds: up to ~200 hp

• High mount manifolds: up to ~280 hp

• Merge manifolds: 280 hp and above

Actual power capability depends on turbo choice, tuning, exhaust gas temperatures, and supporting modifications.

Will this manifold fit other engines?

This manifold is fabricated specifically for the 1HZ engine.
Fitment to other engines is not recommended and will void warranty.
