Designed to suit T3 flanged turbochargers, this manifold is ideal for builds chasing strong response, controlled boost, and proven durability in high-heat environments.

Fabricated using high-quality materials and precision TIG welding, this low mount manifold optimises exhaust gas flow to improve turbo response while maintaining a compact, factory-style turbo position. It is designed as a direct-fit replacement using the factory manifold footprint.

This manifold is intended for single-scroll turbo setups only.

Important Information

• Gaskets are not supplied

• Factory-style exhaust manifold gaskets must be sourced separately

• We recommend replacing engine studs during installation due to thicker flange design

• Studs must be the same diameter but longer than factory to suit the 16mm flange

• Any modification to a standard Radius Fabrications manifold (including adding your own wastegate flange) voids warranty

A wastegate flange can be added by the customer, however:

• Radius Fabrications does not supply wastegate flanges

• Any welding or modification carried out by a third party will void all warranty

No.
Radius Fabrications does not manufacture a high mount 1HDFTE manifold.

Do you offer twin-scroll manifolds?

No.
We do not manufacture twin-scroll manifolds.

Do you supply gaskets with the manifold?

No.
Gaskets are not supplied and must be sourced locally.
Our manifold uses the same footprint as the factory manifold, allowing standard replacement gaskets to be used.

Do you recommend replacing manifold studs?

Yes.
Because our flange is thicker than standard (16mm), we recommend replacing studs with longer studs of the same diameter.

What horsepower can Radius manifolds handle?

Approximate guidance:

• Low mount manifolds: up to ~200 hp

• High mount manifolds: up to ~280 hp

• Merge manifolds: 280 hp and above

Actual limits depend on tuning, EGT control, turbo selection, and overall setup.
