The Radius Fabrications Ranger PX and Raptor airboxes are CNC-designed and built right here in our Brisbane R&D facility, ensuring precision, strength, and performance. Each airbox is cut from a single sheet of high-quality aluminium, TIG welded by hand, and inspected by our fabrication team for the highest quality assurance.

Designed to deliver maximum cold air intake while protecting your filter from dust and water, these airboxes are perfect for both on-road reliability and harsh off-road conditions.

Each unit is supplied with an Aeroflow filter (AF2711-0870) and features an integrated drainage port with an M8 bolt, allowing you to drain any minimal water or dust buildup with ease.

Fitment Information

• Fits Ford Ranger PX and Ranger Raptor models.

• Compatible with Radius Fabrications snorkels and any 4” snorkel setup.

• No plumbing supplied with the filter connect using your existing snorkel piping or Radius kit.

• Airbox is designed to fit in the factory airbox location; however, mounting brackets may pick up different holes depending on vehicle variation or aftermarket accessories.

Installation

Installation can be completed by a confident DIY installer or professional fitter.
Typical installation time: 2–3 hours.

Steps include:

1. Remove the factory airbox and intake ducting.

2. Position the new Radius Fabrications airbox in the factory location.

3. Secure the airbox using supplied brackets and hardware.

4. Connect the snorkel piping and ensure all joins are sealed.

5. Fit the supplied Aeroflow filter and clear lid, ensuring all bolts are tight.

6. Test for leaks and confirm proper sealing.

For best results, have your airbox installed alongside a Radius Fabrications snorkel by an experienced fitter.

Frequently Asked Questions

What snorkel does the Ranger airbox suit?
The Radius Fabrications airbox suits our own snorkels as well as any 4” snorkel. Note that no plumbing is supplied with the filter.

Does this work for the Next Gen Ranger or Raptor?
Not yet, the Next Gen models are currently in our R&D phase and will be released in the future.

Where is the airbox located?
Our airboxes are designed for the same location as the factory unit. However, please note that depending on year model and vehicle setup, the brackets may align with different mounting holes.

Does the airbox help improve performance?
Yes. The improved airflow and cooler intake temperature can result in better throttle response and overall engine efficiency, particularly when paired with a snorkel.
