Designed Specifically For Silverado 1500 LTZ And ZR2
Our Chevrolet Silverado 1500 pod airbox kit is engineered specifically for 1500 LTZ and ZR2 models. It is not designed for 2500 or 3500 variants at this stage.
Each kit is fabricated to order to ensure quality control and correct fitment. We recommend contacting us for current production timeframes before placing your order.
Because of the unique layout of the Silverado 1500 engine bay, this airbox has been developed to integrate correctly with our Radius 5 inch Silverado snorkel. It is not compatible with factory snorkels or other aftermarket snorkels without significant modification.

Stainless Steel Construction With Textured Black Finish
The airbox is constructed from stainless steel and finished in a durable textured black coating. This combination offers corrosion resistance, structural strength and a clean appearance in the engine bay.
Featuring a 4 inch inlet and 4 inch outlet, the airbox is designed to support improved airflow compared to standard intake arrangements. Efficient airflow is particularly important for towing, touring and long distance driving where engine consistency matters.
Each kit includes a custom washer bottle replacement to ensure correct packaging within the engine bay. Mounting brackets, hardware, silicone joiners, clamps and installation instructions are also supplied to support proper fitment.

Aeroflow Performance Filter Included
Every Silverado 1500 pod airbox kit is supplied with a high performance Aeroflow AF2711 0870 pod filter. This filter is designed to provide strong airflow while maintaining effective filtration.
The airbox has been designed specifically to suit the included Aeroflow filter. While replacement filters are readily available from most automotive stockists, other filter brands may not fit correctly within this housing.
The kit is engineered for naturally aspirated Silverado 1500 models and is not compatible with supercharged setups.
Installation And Fitment Considerations
Installation typically takes around three to four hours. Given the level of work involved, we recommend professional installation by Radius Fabrications or an experienced 4x4 fitter or mechanic. We can assist with recommending installers across Australia if required.

It is important to note that this airbox will only work with our Radius Fabrications Silverado snorkel. Using it with factory or alternative snorkels is not recommended and would require custom modification.
