We've been making Air boxes for Landcruiser 80 Series for well over 5 years.
Our range of 80 Series air boxes, fitting Landcruiser models from 1990 through to 1997 is what got us into this game of TIG welding bits of stainless and alloy together.
Our air boxes are designed to allow maximum cold air intake while protecting your air filter or pod from ingesting water or dust.
Couple these with our extremely popular mandrel-bent snorkels and you'll be up to your bonnet in Victorian High Country snow runoff in no time.

Hi very happy with my new radius air box for my 80 series. I Havnt fitted it yet as I'm waiting for my new turbo to turn up but the quality and craftsmanship is second to none, the the team at radius impressed me even more when they rang me to check on what sort of snorkel I was using to make sure the airbox was going to fit very professional. I'll post more pics once my turbo is fitted. I will be fitting one of your snorkels in the future. Thanks radius

Fibre laser cut in-house
Radius Fabrications has doubled down to make sure we produce every aspect of your airbox in-house.
We use 3D scanners, Fibre Laser CNC, HAAS CNC Mills and the latest TIG welders to keep production in Australia.
Professionally welded
We take it the to freakin' next level with our aluminium welding. Your airbox will be welded by a qualified TIG welder and inspected by our quality assurance team prior to shipping.

Our latest range of airboxes come with clear polycarbonate lids and aeroflow filters.
We want to make your life easy and with these two combinations as standard, you no longer have to second-guess how well sealed or clean the inside of your airbox is.
