We've been designing watertight replacement airboxes for over 5 years.
These Everest airboxes are lovingly CNC designed right here in the Radius Fabrications R&D department and cut from a single sheet of quality aluminum before our welder's tig weld and inspect for your quality assurance.
We use state-of-the-art 3D scanners for all new research and development to ensure we get the perfect fit for your new airbox. Our mounts are designed to bolt into factory locations and we test airflow and fit before any new airbox makes it for sale.
Fibre laser cut in-house
Radius Fabrications has doubled down to make sure we produce every aspect of your airbox in-house.
We use 3D scanners, Fibre Laser CNC, HAAS CNC Mills and the latest TIG welders to keep production in Australia.
Professionally welded
We take it the to freakin' next level with our aluminium welding. Your airbox will be welded by a qualified TIG welder and inspected by our quality assurance team prior to shipping.
